Condition: The item must be in resale condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that custom orders, mystery items, and sale items are non-refundable.

We use Royalmail 48 hours tracked for all U.K orders. International we use tracked royal mail.
